Katelynn Minott, CEO of Bright!Tax, earned her accounting degree at the University of Denver – Daniels College of Business and is registered as a CPA in Massachusetts. Her expertise in US tax prep for expats has earned her a reputation as one of the top CPAs in the field. In fact, she was named a 40 Under 40 CPA in 2021.

Katelynn was among the first to join Bright!Tax in 2012. She embodied the founder’s vision of providing the best possible US tax preparation services to expatriates around the world. Since then, Katelynn has worked her way up to CEO and has been leading the charge to make Bright!Tax the go-to resource for expats seeking reliable and trustworthy tax advice. Katelynn’s commitment to excellence is reflected in everything we do at Bright!Tax. She is a hands-on CEO, involved in every aspect of the business, from developing new services to working directly with clients to ensure their needs are met. When Katelynn isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids (especially traveling with her family!). She is an avid reader and during the Boston summertime, you can find her outside gardening.
